Angus

We have angus calves for sale in both Spring and Fall. Our calves are grass fed and grain finished unless specified by buyer. Cattle that are grain finished are fed grain for a couple of months before they are butchered. This is done to fatten them up and the beef tends to have more fat than grass fed only. The beef is thought to have better flavor and the meat juicier. Most of our customers prefer the texture and flavor of grain finished cattle. We do not use growth injections.
